Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Kingsley Constructors began as a heavy civil site work contractor specializing in underground utility construction and roadwork in the Greater Metropolitan Houston area.
Kingsley transitioned into the Oil & Gas sector as a pipeline contractor and not long after was providing a wide-range of services as a premier Oil & Gas service company.
In 2019, Kingsley Constructors was acquired by MasTec, Inc. providing continued growth for Kingsley especially in the energy markets.
